Rock Excavation

In-house rock-breaking and rock drilling/core barreling capability means when you hit rock — and you might — there is no delay, no separate contractor, and no variation drama. We can offer a fixed rock contract sum or hourly rates, and can take on all rock risk under a set price — giving you complete cost certainty even in the worst ground conditions.

Drainage

Sewer and stormwater, agricultural pipes, pits, and connections to council assets — fully licensed plumbing works designed and installed to council requirements and engineer specifications. No extra trades, no subcontracted plumbers.

Retaining Walls

Licensed Retaining Wall Builder (CBD-L / DB-L) with a strong civil construction background. We specialise in sleeper, precast, core-filled block, gabion, RSS, MSE, and segmental retaining walls — all engineered for the specific site conditions and designed to last the life of the structure.

Retaining walls are critical structural elements, not just landscaping features. Delivering them early in the build can save significant time and cost by avoiding restricted access and inefficient sequencing later on.

Basement

From excavation through to waterproofing and structural completion — basement construction fully managed within the package. One contractor, one programme, no handover between basement and slab contractors.

The handover point. Reinforced concrete slab poured to engineer specifications, with land surveyor inspections arranged and booked by us. When Prowall finishes, you are ready to build — no loose ends, no delays inherited from below.

Land Surveyor Included

All inspections arranged and booked by Prowall. You do not need to coordinate a separate surveyor — we manage the full inspection schedule from initial set-out through to pre-pour checks.

Licensed Retaining Wall Builder

CBDL / DBL licensed — fully qualified to design and construct every wall type from sleeper and precast through to RSS, MSE, gabion and segmental block walls. No subcontracting your retaining work out.

Licensed Plumber

Sewer, stormwater, and connections to council assets carried out by our own licensed plumbers. No separate plumbing contractor added to your programme or your subcontractor list.

Ability to Pivot

Ground conditions change. With our own plant and workforce on site, we adapt immediately — protecting your programme without a requote cycle or a week waiting for a new subcontractor.
